I was OBSESSED with this performance and used to watch it all the time.  Afterwards, she claimed she had laryngitis. Really?  Then how was she belting E flats and F’s?  AMAZING

3. You can clearly see Kelly’s influence in David Archuleta’s version (remember the video of him singing “And I’m Telling You” to her) but head to head, I have to say, I like David’s version better. I love the way he pulls up the note during the first “dew” and then sells the song on “wrapped UP into one.”
