This is Raul at my Chatterbox show where he hauled out his audition book and sang anything I pointed to. He had recently sung “Defying Gravity” in a benefit for the Manhattan Theater Club called “Miscast” where people sing songs that are wrong for them.  I demanded he sing it and he sassed it!

You can get the whole DVD (all $ for BC/EFA) at www.SethsBroadwayChatterbox.com

  1. I am in love with Raul Esparza. When is he going to do a CD of just him? The final number of Company where he filled the entire theater with his voice was amazing. I would see anything in which he sings.

  3. OMG that was amaaaazing! It was like watching two incredibly talented people at a party at someone’s house improvising (and by that I mean it was two incredibly talented people at a party improvising!) His voice is breathtaking. And I am OBSESSED with Wicked and need a 12 step program anyway…
